I recently bought a 2011 Honda fit sport with navigation from this place. When we went to test drive the car, like any person you assume that the navi comes with bluetooth, as it does on most cars. While test driving, we had asked the salesperson, Robin, where is the microphone when a phone call comes in. So she pointed to it and even said "your contacts come up on the screen of the navi once your phone is paired". Right after we signed the papers, she even said let me know if you need help with pairing. So we take the car home and tried to pair my phone and had trouble. So we called them and specifically spoke to a manager and said "We just drove a 2011 honda fit sport with navi off the lot, however we're having trouble pairing a phone" he said "oh bring it it in its a common problem" when we took it in, a salesperson even asked us what model and we said 2011. then he tried to get it working, and it didn't. Then he went to the manuals and tried and no luck. Then they tell us there is NO BLUETOOTH in the car. We had asked them BEFORE we bought the car "what is the difference between 2011 and 2012 honda fit sport with navi". They said just the alloy wheels and body kit is a little different thats why the price is only $250 more" They left out the part that 2011 does not have bluetooth while the 2012 does. We tried to get them to put in an aftermarket bluetooth, which i guess was costing them too much so they are like we'll cut you a check for $200, you can go find your own bluetooth and get it installed. An aftermarket bluetooth would cost us atleast $300 plus installation. So then we tried again talking to another manager named Stephanie. My husband said "i'm a medical student, i am doing rounds at the hospital day in and day out and I don't have time to go find a person to install it for me" She says "well since you are a medical student, you should have been intelligent enough to do the research on this" On top of that she gives us an ultimatum, "either you take the deal now or I take the deal back at 5 PM" and it was already 4:40 pm! Who the hell says that to a customer? If Stephanie was intelligent enough she would have better educated her staff on the specs of the cars they are selling. I know medical knowledge, when it comes to car knowledge they should know what they are selling, thats why we trust them to tell us the truth and not sell a car under false pretenses. Do not go there, the sales staff is horrible. Seems like their one and only goal is selling you the car even if that means lying to you. I could even forget about the bluetooth situation, but the fact that they insulted us and gave us the worst customer service is crossing the line. You never question a customers intelligence and then threaten them with an ultimatum. Of course I took the $200 from them because I didn't want to lose that too but they have lost my business for any future servicing I might need on the car as well as if I need another car in the future. We are a honda family with 4 other Honda's. We refuse to go there for anything and HIGHLY recommend anyone else going there and being insulted. More

From the moment we stepped in the door and saw the nice summer arrangement, I was intrigued. We were greeted at the door and met Sampson and while I thought that Sampson was amazing, I think we would have summer arrangement, I was intrigued. (but Sampson will always be who I go back to) He has been with the company for 21 years and many have been there at least that long so clearly it is pleasant, safe, encouraging atmosphere where they treat theif fellow workers and their guests the way they themselves would like to be treated-the GOLDEN RULE. this is seldom seen in businees anymore and I believe the owner,who we actually met, sets this example everyday by coming to work even though, at this point, many would think he should be retired or at least out enjoying the fruits of his labor. He is still the pulse on a family run business and it shows. My husband and I had done our research on certified vans and Sampson was patient in showing us all he had in a large collection. He showed us newer models and older models and helped us sort out our needs. His no. 1 priority was to find a car that we liked and make the price work and he succeeded. We met people in the parts dept.,sev people in finance and other sales reps as we waited for our car to be picked up, and we were impressed with the professionalism across the board-their dress, their firm handshake and the knowledge each possessed. We will be calling Sampson in the spring to purchase another certified car for our sons. Honda Lisle could not have made the process any easier and I went in dreading the whole car buying scene. What a great surprise-no wonder they have been in business for 40 some years. More

This is the second car we have bought from this dealer. I feel that we have recieved a great deal both times. I feel comfortable with Sam and his style of sales.
