I am sorry that the you were disappointed in your new Fit. Clearly as you can see from your review though this misunderstanding was based upon your questions of differences between the new 2012 and the 2011 Fit. You asked about the differences and when Robin when you were comparing vehicles. Robin emphatically states that you did not ask if the 2011 came with the Bluetooth. In an effort to show our Goodwill we offered you $200 compensation for you to install the Bluetooth. I understand that you did not like the pressure to make a decision when you were speaking to Ms. McMahon, but we clearly after several conversations we needed to come to a conclusion. Either you wanted the $200 or you didn't, we could not undue the fact that the 2011 did not have the Bluetooth and could not be retrofitted with one like the 2012.
