I had done a bit of homework online to check out the certified vehicles at this dealership, in particular the Honda CRV. So I knew pretty much what I was looking for. Ken Nandani was our salesperson, and he was straightforward, not at all pushy, helpful, fair and pleasant. He has a dry sense of humor which we enjoyed. I really dislike the process of buying a car, and have gone to Carmax for my last 2 cars because the process there is so easy. Well, buying my new (for me) 2009 CRV at Honda of Lisle was just as easy. And I love my CRV! It drives so easily and can accomodate all the gear I seem to need to have with me in the car. I woke up on a Monday morning and decided I wanted to purchase a new car. I spent quite a bit of time on the internet comparing various types of cars that met my particular criteria. I decided to visit Honda Superstore of Lisle first because my son purchased his Civic Hybrid there a number of years ago and was and continues to be very satisfied. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Brian. I told him I was interested in purchasing a new Honda Fit and he proceeded to spend a great deal of time with me answering questions, showing me the various features on the car, and even bringing out several different colors to help me decide. The price agreed upon was very fair and the entire process was very quick. The interest rate was outstanding and the selection of available cars was excellent. I was extremely please with the service I received, the price I paid, and the quick and painless financing. I would definitely recommend Honda Superstore of Lisle. To save me a taxi trip (I did not have a car at the time), Bob picked me up from my home and took me to the dealer! Even before that, he gave me confidence that he could give me the best price out of all the Honda dealers in the area. He provided price quotations over the phone on the two models I was interested in, the 2010 Fit and 2010 Civic. I had done my research on truecar.com, a site that helps consumers research new car prices and find the best deals in their area, showing what others really paid. Bob's quoted prices blew the truecar.com prices out of the water. Given my timing (I was purchasing just before Christmas 2010), there were some extraordinary deals available. Once I got to the dealer, everything was great. Bob was very attentive. What I appreciated most was how important it was to Bob that I select the right vehicle for me. He asked me a lot of probing (appropriate) questions and highlighted the advantages of each vehicle. This made me very confident in my decision. I purchased my 2011 Civic the same day. When I had a problem with it just a few weeks later (bad luck nail in tire), Bob put me in touch with the right people in the service department who helped me get the tire repaired for hardly any cost at all.
