I have had many encounters at dealerships but my experience at Honda of Lisle was by far the very best. From the moment I walked into the dealership Z Ali provided my family and I great service. I had a numerous amount of questions, and he had an answer for every one. Leaving the dealership I knew Z Ali and their finance department gave me a greatest deal and rate, I feel confident in my purchase and I felt like Z Ali and the Honda team really took care of me. I visited the store late on Wednesday night to look at a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I was greeted by Bill Rieman who went over the benefits and options of the Odyssey. I test drove a new Odyssey and was very impressed with the handling and horsepower. After looking through their inventory we took a quick look at a 2008 Odyssey with the needed features. I told Bill my wife might be able to test drive the van on Friday between appointments and us trying to get out of town for the weekend. On Thursday I sent an e-mail to Bill saying my wife would be available on Friday around 10:30 am, but that we wanted to discuss holding the car over the weekend. Bill called Friday morning to confirm the appointment and came in early even though he wasn’t scheduled to work until 3:00 pm. My wife and I visited the store on Friday and while she test drove the 2008 I went and picked up the kids and returned so they could review our trade in. We wanted to be on the road by noon but were excited about driving the newer car instead of our 1999 Ford Explorer. We didn’t leave town by noon but, Bill, the business manager, Vic Vibhakar, and the people who got the car ready worked hard to get us out as quickly as possible. We had no problems with the 2008 Odyssey on our trip. The wife enjoyed the heated seats, the kids enjoyed the rear entertainment system, the dog enjoyed the room and I enjoyed the ride. The busy sales manager, Mark, welcomed us to the dealership, asked what type of car we were looking for, answered our questions and introduced us to our sales consultant, Sager. Sager helped us choose the color we wanted by book and visiting lot. We did a test drive on the one that we liked. He explained all the features of our vehicle and offered the Protection package as well. Both Mark and Sager worked to make our purchase a very pleasant experience. Once most paperwork was completed, we met with Robert for final purchase payments. Robert showed us different options to fit our budget and did not rush us to make a decision. We felt very comfortable working with these salesmen. When we left with our new car it was shiny clean and looking great. Sager and I set up a time when I could bring the car back in for the protection package, and everything went very smoothly. I received a call later that day, that the car was ready to be picked up. When we arrived to pick it up, met with Sager for a brief minute, got our keys and we were on our way. All in all, our experience with Honda of Lisle was truly a non-stressful, enjoyable experience and we would recommend anyone to buy or lease there. Actually, I have a friend and her husband who may be purchasing there in the near future. We recently attended a meeting/presentation on our new purchase and all speakers did a great job describing all depts of the Honda dealership. More

Over the years we have purchased parts and brought cars in for service, the staff has always been friendly, helpful and courteous. Over the years we've had an issue only once, but the dealership made it right as soon as it was brought to their attention. More
The day before my visit, I called the showroom to make sure the car from the internet was still available. Mike is helpful, intelligent and as a side note quite interesting. He made sure that both my sister and I felt comfortable before we left with our new cars and followed up a few days later to make sure we were both driving with a smile on our faces. Vic, the finance guy, is quick, efficient and he made what could have been a confusing flurry of papers a fast and comfortable transaction. I felt like he took care of me and that I got a great deal on financing and the car. I will purchase future cars with this dealer and through Mike - and send friends! More
After reading the great reviews I decided to check Honda of Lisle out hoping that I wouldn't have to deal with the usual car dealership games and run-around. I dropped by after work relatively late on a Tuesday night to test drive a 2010 CR-V LX. Kabir was very friendly and set us up with a test drive without any hassles or headache. Decided to work with Kabir to see what kind of deal could be put together. After some negotiation Kabir, his sales manager and I came to agreement on the exact terms that I had in mind before I walked in the door. Honestly this left me feeling a little suspicious (can you tell I don't trust car dealerships?) but it was closing time so we left the deal as it stood and made plans for me to return the next day to finish the paper work up and take delivery. On Wednesday I had to reschedule my appointment for a bit later. Kabir came in on his day off and got the paperwork and car prepped before I got there. We finished up the last minute negotiation over some accessories and dealt with getting my trade-in processed. When it came time to sign the papers, everything was exactly as promised and my payments actually ended up being a little be less than what we had agreed upon the night before. Everyone, in particular Kabir, was very friendly, accomodating and open. I came in expecting the typical car dealership games and got a very straight-forward deal from real professionals. I can strongly recommend Honda of Lisle and Kabir to anyone shopping for a Honda. Buying a car should always be so painless. More

I bought my first Honda last week. Mike Harvey helped me by my 2008 Honda Civic. I have'nt been there yet for sevice. The service department looked vey nice, so I don't expect any problems. Mr. Z. Ali was extremely cooperative and patient. My husband and I initially visited the dealership on a 65 degree Saturday in November - the dealership was extremely busy and so was Mr. Ali. When it was time to make the final decision, my husband was unable to be present with me for the purchase. All negotiations were discussed with him over the phone. Mr. Ali and his entire staff were understanding and patient during this process. They were not pushy or overly aggressive. After our purchase, Mr. Ali went way out of his way to explain each and every feature of the car ensuring that I fully understood.
