We bought a 2025 certified pre-owned car from an associated dealer (Naperville Infinity) and have had to take it here twice for issues that pop up. I also visited this location when I was car shopping. All experiences have been very poor. When I was buying a car the used car salesman wouldn’t return my keys in a timely manner as he attempted to strong arm me into making a purchase then until I pulled a Karen and asked to speak to his manger. For the maintenance issues, we have a minivan door that won’t unlock unless you manually unlock it from inside the car which is covered tomboy warranty. They claimed to repair it and then it broke again 2 weeks later so we have taken it back. It’s been 9 days and they still haven’t diagnosed the issue and have been astonishingly uncommunicative with us. No proactive updates and they only occasionally reply when my husband reaches out to them. They didn’t even bother looking at the car until days after we dropped it off. Our understanding is that they don’t get paid for the repairs until the car is out of warranty and that therefore they aren’t attempting to fix it. Would strongly recommend avoiding this dealer.
