HONDA MANHASSET I purchased a new CRV in 2012 and an new Accord in 2013 from Honda Manhasset. Their prices are very competitive and the sales staff is friendly and I purchased a new CRV in 2012 and an new Accord in 2013 from Honda Manhasset. Their prices are very competitive and the sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I also frequent the Service Department. They do a great job wtih my cars and provide the necessary input on what is required at service time. Overall I am very pleased with the sales and service staff and management, and would recommend Honda Manhasset for both sales and service. More
Never go to this dealer all they do is take your money. This is one of the worse dealers i have ever been. The service i would give them negative 10 they charge you for warranty work. When it should be free i pay extended warranty for nothing. Onces you walk in there is full of liers and idiots. They won't listen to what u bring your car in for service. All the do is see what they could charge you for and have a nice day. The manager is never there and is worse then a 5year old dosent know xxxx about cars. I won't recommend no be to go there. And don't buy a Honda in your life time those cars are getting worse every time, by a Toyota Hyundai etc you are better off and have better service and the do fix warranty stuff without charge. More

As far as these things go, this was very well done, Dealer missed one item of lease disclosure, but I take that as my fault, since it was I who did not ask -- otherwise,everyone was forthcoming and flexible. Service at Honda of Manhasset I will never bring my car back to this dealership again! Left the car wash and opened my sunroof shade and it got stuck. Called to tell them my proble I will never bring my car back to this dealership again! Left the car wash and opened my sunroof shade and it got stuck. Called to tell them my problem and they said to bring the car in anytime..i left work early that day and drove all the way from Manhattan and when i got there, Michael was being extremly rude and loud and turned me away after just getting off the phone with them..Had to speak with a manager about my problem and she said it was ok. Waited in the dealership for appx 5 hours and they finally got it fixed. They charged me $60 for the job which i do not agree. The sunroof screen got stuck and broke on its own..i own a 2013 civic SI and i will let all honda forums about how your dealership provided me with horrible service and ripped me off...i been to this dealership before this incident for an oil change and was never even offered a free car wash but was wondering why the other customer had a voucher for one..i guess Michael doesnt like me. I will never step foot into this dealership again unless it is to return my lease. More
