The moment I spoke with Dorian on the phone, everything changed. He was kind, transparent, and straightforward, and the deal he quoted me was the exact deal I received when I arrived—no surprises at all. Because of that, I was literally driving home in my new car within half an hour of walking in. Craig handled the insurance and customer service side with real dignity, patience, and attention to detail, which made the process even smoother. And Neisha was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. The dealership did correct what was wrong with the codes in my new electric vehicle. However, I made an appointment for 8:15 in the morning and was sitting there waiting until I receive my vehicle back at 1 in my new electric vehicle. In all that time, I received only one update around 11:45 when the service manager told me that my car was still being worked on. Originally, when I brought it in, he told me that the car would take all day to fix, perhaps it would not be ready until the next day, subsequently he never even informed me when they had started working on my vehicle.
