I bought a car from Honda Manhasset in September. My salesman, Brian really went out of his way to make my purchase a great experience. This morning, I went in for my first oil change and there was a mistake with the bill. I didn't have time to resolve it on the spot because I had to get to work. Before hearing my complaint about the bill, Chris Thierrin called to inform me he was crediting my account and apologized for the error. Everyone makes mistakes, it's part of life, but what sets good businesses apart from bad ones is how they deal with problems once they occur. Honda Manhasset met or exceeded all my expectations and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I highly recommend them for sales and service and I know they will bend over backwards to keep my business, because they have, repeatedly. More

i had gone to a different honda dealership before honda manhasset for an engine rattle noise coming from my 2008 honda accord. it is a common problem (VTC actuator) that needed replacement under warranty b manhasset for an engine rattle noise coming from my 2008 honda accord. it is a common problem (VTC actuator) that needed replacement under warranty but the dealership i went to originally (i wont name it for the sake of being fair..), could NEVER replicate the issue. which was strange because for months, it would make the engine rattle noise during cold start up, EVERYTIME. anyways, i decided to go to Honda manhasset and in just ONE visit, they were not only able to replicate it, but they quickly serviced my car and got the engine problem fixed. i hope this solution lasts me but if it does come up again, i will go back to honda manhasset again for service and any other service for that matter. the customer service is great and the ladies that pick up the phone are really fun to talk to and they are kind-hearted. definitely think this dealership is the best around the ny tristate area. glad i found this dealership. As a long time Honda owner I've bounced around to several dealerships for service over the years. That being said, I found a home at Honda Manhasset a few years ago and I wouldn't think of going anywhere els dealerships for service over the years. The service at "Honda Manhasset" was exceptional. We really felt that John Zimmerman listened to our requests and tried to give us the best deal possible. We were truly expecting to hea exceptional. We were truly expecting to hear "what do you want to pay for the car?, followed by us making an offer and the salesman running back to check with the manager. This was not the case at this dealership. We finalized the paperwork very quickly and efficiently. We were then directed to Anthony's office where we thought we were going to be high pressured into buying a lot of accessories we didn't need or want. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised when Anthony accepted our decision without the usual haggling that goes on in other dealerships we have dealt with. All in all, our experience with "Honda Manhasset" was very enjoyable and we would highly recommend this dealership to our friends. More

A few weeks ago I stopped at your service Dept with my 2011 Honda Civic. I was hearing squeaks from the front Brakes. I told the service writer that the car has about 8,000 miles and the car is under warrenty. The advisor told me that there will be a $52.00 anaylise charge even tho my car is almost brand new. The Person was rude and unhelpful and I walked away. I took my car to Honda City Service in Bethpage NY. They analyzed the Problem within one hour at no charge. I consider the treatment by your service Dept unprofessional and rude. THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE! HIS NAME WAS PHIL SACCIO More
