I've been to really bad service centers and dealerships before, but this place takes the cake. My wife went there to fix some struts under warranty on our 2012 Odyssey. She waited 3 hours the f dealerships before, but this place takes the cake. My wife went there to fix some struts under warranty on our 2012 Odyssey. She waited 3 hours the first day only to be told that they needed to order the parts from a local warehouse, which would be delivered the next day. So she had to come back the next morning to finish the job. Fine, the story seemed reasonable enough. When she came back the next day, they made her wait for an hour and a half and then said that they didn't have a part! They made up a story that the parts were backlogged, but when we saw the order they put in, the part that was missing wasn't even ordered. Instead of telling the truth that they made a mistake, they lied to us and then told my wife to come back again. No way, I know a horrible business when I see one. How can I trust these guys to fix my car? Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I am willing to bet a lot of money all these other reviews are fake! Please, for the sake of your sanity, stay away! More

Brought in a 2005 Honda Odyssey due to a recall on brake fluid container seal. They performed the service on this recall and one on a power steering pump I didn't know about. Shortly after I dropped off fluid container seal. They performed the service on this recall and one on a power steering pump I didn't know about. Shortly after I dropped off the car they called me to tell me the car needed shocks, brakes, and a change of the timing belt which also entails changing the water pump and tension stabilizers. The quoted price for the repairs was approximately $730 for brakes and shocks and another $1285 for the timing belt et al. I questioned the need for brakes as I had them redone about a year ago and did less than 10K miles on them. I also asked if they meant struts rather than shocks as I had a repair done less than a year prior on a strut that was discovered by a Honda dealer after an accident. I knew the timing belt had to be replaced as the car has about 102K but the price quoted was higher than what I had seen on the internet. I didn't have the work done and picked up the car after the recall work was completed, assuming they actually did it, and took the car to a local mechanic I trust. He kept the car for about an hour, checked the brakes and the shocks and called me back. They were fine and he said he'd do the timing belt, water pump, and tension stabilizer replacement when I bring it back for inspection next month and it would cost around $700 but he'd have to keep the car for a day. Labor rates at the dealer are $105/hr., significantly higher than the rates charged by other garages. I am suspicious about the trustworthiness of the service dept. at this dealer. More
