Good but not good Very very disappointed while this being my first time here at this location I came early spoken to the gentle man at the front desk of the service dep Very very disappointed while this being my first time here at this location I came early spoken to the gentle man at the front desk of the service department who was rude and just answered questions fast to get me out he way. I just googled what ever I needed to know so this isn’t a complaint really on him I just think he should be trained again to know how to deal with customers especially if it’s there 1st time coming. My complaint is when I came into get serviced I was very happy and eager to meet the new team dealing with my car. When I first gotta there it was already so crowded now car was in excellent conduction when entering but when I got maybe 20 min into driving i stopped to get some food and I noticed my rear right bumper was cracked with paint chipping now I’m not sure if it was just cracked as in the whole bumper or if it’s just the paint. I’m very big on how I keep my car and I honestly do want to come back to this dealership for future purchases but this being my first time here and only place that damaged my car I kind of feel worried on what MIGHT happen next time. Poor Recall Service I came in for a recall. Ninety minutes later I was called and told the car was ready. I drove out and all lights on dashboard were flashing. WHY was t I came in for a recall.
