We purchased a Volvo XC 40. We had it for a week and love it. It has so many gadgets it will take awhile to learn it all. Rob was great to work with because of his no pressure professionalism. They were friendly. But there were issues with my pay off for our trade in (which i had said was wrong multiple times) the way it was handle wasnt very good. We also paid for extra stuff made an appointment for our trade in (which i had said was wrong multiple times) the way it was handle wasnt very good. We also paid for extra stuff made an appointment for that to be done they said they would have a loaner ready for me they didn't then brought out a 2015 nissan which smelt like cigarettes & cat urine i bought a 2021 so expected something nicer as a loaner. I am pregnant & that was really nasty for me to have to smell that & the car acted like it was going to stall out at stop lights & stop signs. This was our 3rd car from MMG & it may be our last after this experience. Overall wasnt a great experience. More
