When looking for a car to replace my old Mazda I am grateful to have decided to call and check out Honda of Milford. Not only were they the most affordable out of all the Honda Dealer ships in CT but t grateful to have decided to call and check out Honda of Milford. Not only were they the most affordable out of all the Honda Dealer ships in CT but they went above and beyond with helping me choose the right car for me. Richard Craven was the sales consultant who walked me through every question I had and even explained in detail my finance options. I was so thankful i was able to trade in my car (i made sure to bring the Title) and leave the lot with the car of my choice on the same day! While Richard was getting the car and everything ready for sales, Rick Miller made calls to get everything set up on the finance side of things. Rick and Rich were both great people to talk to while i spent my time there, and made the atmosphere an enjoyable experience as they made jokes with each other. Again i am grateful that this was my first dealership experience and that it went so well. The car i got back in February of 2025 still running in peak condition. For something that i thought would be a stressful time, Honda of Milford made it feel like i was seeing a family i have not seen in a while, everyone was in a good mood and happy to see me. After my time there, it really felt like we were talking to each other as person to person and not salesman to client. Rich went over every piece of paperwork with me and helped my understand my warranties as well as going above and beyond with helping me with all the options i had. When all was said and done, all the paper work was signed, Rich handed me a nice cold silver Honda Keychain to go with my new car-keys! It felt like a chapter in my life for buying a used car had finally been complete. I left the lot with the biggest smile I could remember and all that weight of "what ifs" with buying a used car disappear. Thank you so much Honda of Milford! More
