I came in looking for a car after visiting their competitors. I was received warmly! Amira extended herself and made sure that I was being treated as if I were purchasing the car that day. As a person formerly in retail I was impressed. I came back several days later and Amira was not there and I spoke with an associate of her's Jay and he said that he would take care of me as if he was she. I wanted to compare 2 color choices and he parked them side by side which made the choice easier. The negotiations were relatively pain free after doing our dance. I told them what I wanted and they met my request as much as they could and I was extremely satisfied and drove home with a spanking new car that day. Happy to become a member of the Courtney Family. At this visit, we were turning in a Honda Accord that we had leased and leasing a new car, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our salesperson, Anthony Verdi, was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did not make you feel as if you were dealing with the stereotypical "car salesman" that everyone cringes to deal with. He was helpful, courteous and made the transaction as easy and seamless as possible. We felt comfortable that he was working in our best interests, explaining all of our options before we made a final decision. The financing was handled professionally and expediently. I would highly recommend Courtney Honda and will definitely go back there in the future. More

I bought this Jeep - I was told it had absolutely no problems with it. While driving home, the temperate gauge was spiking. I brought it back in, they claimed it was a loose hose, and they "fixed" it. problems with it. While driving home, the temperate gauge was spiking. I brought it back in, they claimed it was a loose hose, and they "fixed" it. Then it was "fine" for awhile. Now I realize that all they did was add coolant (or water) to the vehicle.. because when the temperate gauge spiked again a month later, they claimed that they have no record of what they did to fix it. Turns out, the vehicle needed a new heater coil ($1,100). Thanks for nothing. More
I have taken my car back to Courtny every 3,000 miles for car e since I bought it in 2007. They are very good to the customer and do not take advantage of people, the service techs are great and I had my dau car e since I bought it in 2007. Occasionally, w Re: 2006 Honda Odyssey (purchased new at Courtney) – “Starter / Relay / Solenoid” problem Symptoms: Intermittent starting problem. Occasionally, when I turn the ignition switch, I only get a single click, the starter does not engage, and the car will not start. This issue will continue for one or more days. Then, all of a sudden, the starter starts fine. Some other times, when I turn the ignition switch, I get repeating clicks and the starter does not engage. I release the ignition switch. Try it again and the starter works fine. Not sure if this is a starter problem, a relay problem or a solenoid issue. Would like the problem identified and corrected. Would hate to pay for a starter replacement to find that was not the issue and I’m sure it is not multiple components at issue. Resolution: - Service took the time to acurately diagnose the problem first and not use just a "parts changer" mindset (where you just keep replacing parts until you "Solve" the problem). Left the van with Honda and Bob (and the mechanic) patiently checked it multple times per day (for an entire week) until we could confidently id the problem component. More
