We love the Honda CRV we purchased, however, the sales team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to t team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to the finance dept to negotiate the terms and sign the paperwork. A few days later my wife was looking over the paperwork & said the figures didn’t add up. They had tagged on a $1695 HOM package, & a $799 Documents / Processing fee. When I went back to the dealership and spoke with them about it, they could not find the buyers agreement with the figures we had negotiated ( how convenient ) . They refused to do anything about it. Now, I fully understand why car salesmen, sales managers, & dealers have such horrible reputations as liars, and cheats. It was well deserved. More

New car had defective wipers blades. Service department replaced blade on drivers side. Replacement for passenger side was out of stock. We found ourselves in a situation where we needed to buy a new SUV in a relatively short period of time.
