The service was quick and comprehensive. Mike made us feel that he checked over the entire car and made sure it was safe for my daughter to use. I went in to the service department today for a regular service visit on my Honda Odyssey. T.J. was very helpful and friendly from the minute I walked in the door. On sat July 14 I visited  Hondas express service to get an oil change on a car my wife bought 2 weeks earlier, I was sure all she needed was an oil change . Upon entering, I met a gentleman  named sal get an oil change on a car my wife bought 2 weeks earlier, I was sure all she needed was an oil change . Upon entering, I met a gentleman  named sal who explained to me what the process was about. I was very happy with the price, but the best part was it included a free multipoint inspection. Little did i know that this inspection would be what i believe to be a life saving process,That became evident when sal called me over to the work area and introduced me to a young man named Andrew. What I thought was very soft brakes, was In fact break lines filled with air. Before we bought the car the master cylinder was replaced but apparently not bleed properly. Andrew noticed this as he drove it in to the bay and he said he felt responsible to inform me of his observation. I greatly apriciated it since my wife and kids we're going to be in this car. When he lifted the car he also notice a small leak of oil. His noticeing that leak later prompted me to look over by the distributor cap, low and behold looking for that leak I noticed that my distributor cap was beeing held on with one screw the other one was broken in the distributor. Aside from appreciating his observation, I was also so impressed with Andrews extensive knowledge of Hondas and that Andrew took the extra time to explain to me what I needed to do to improve my cars performance that I could not believe all I came for was an oil change. Thanks to the diligence and professional pride these employees took in ther jobs my family will be enjoying its Honda accord for years to come.  More

I bought my accord back in September from Spencer. I needed oil change so I decided to come down to express service before I went to work. Little did I know spencer was transferred over express service. needed oil change so I decided to come down to express service before I went to work. Little did I know spencer was transferred over express service. While waiting for express service to open at 730 spencer showed up. He remembered me right away and asked how have I been and how were the kids. Especially how my dog was getting him the day before I bought a car from spencer. Express service was nice and easy. I was in and out and on my way to work. Next time I need an oil change I'll be sure to bring rocko to show spencer. Double thumbs up!! More
