This is the first time using express service. Soon after arriving there, Mike came out to assist me with my car. I asked to change the oil and check all fluids. He told me he will check the tires for rotati arriving there, Mike came out to assist me with my car. I asked to change the oil and check all fluids. I came in for my first oil change, and they were busy, but they squeezed me in cause I was leaving on a 2000 mile trip, and needed to get the service done before heading out of town. I also asked them how to get the locks to unlock when the car is put in park, as I'd tried following the instructions and had been unsucessful in doing it. Mike called me to verify what I wanted done before arranging for someone to do it, and also noticed that our back bumper needed some body work, and that I would need an estimate on it. He arranged for everything to happen just while I took a walk with my infant son - about 30-45 minutes. I was really impressed, and so grateful for the great service - thanks Mike! More
