I think it's in poor taste to make a customer write twenty five words or more just to have their review submitted. But on the flipside Michael was excellent and I would send anyone with a vehicle (not twenty five words or more just to have their review submitted. Mr. Oceguera is probably the nicest and most helpful Service Person I have ever encountered in all my years of driving! Honda has needed a quick lube/service for a long time, and this new addition really fits the bill! It was inconvenient to have to drive into the main service area and either leave the car/wait an hour or and this new addition really fits the bill! However I was not prepared for the excellent service provided!! I walked into the reception area and was greeted by a team of smiles and "Good afternoon, how can we help you?" -- which amazed me. Ivan was especially warm and accomodating, and knew what he was talking about. Very personable and also knowledgeable (you have to be both). Our family has a rule that we do not do business with people we don't like. It comes down to a smile and firm knowledge of the business. The people at Honda have both -- I was really impressed with Ivan and Mike. My Honda is coming due for a huge service, 30,000 miles, and I will be taking it to this dealer. My 2002 Honda Accord was a gift from my husband when our son enlisted in the Marines after 9/11. It was sadly totalled last year when a driver cut in front of me and I could not stop in time. I was fortunate enough to find this 2007 Accord used at a Ford dealer nearby -- got it for a good price because it was on a Ford lot. Turns out that the original owner bought it at Honda of New Rochelle. Don't know why she traded it in for a Ford. I like the 07 but I loved my 02. Honda continues to build the best cars in America.
