I'm leasing my 2012 honda civic from the New Rochelle Honda dealership. I've always had great service at this place and will continue to lease/buy cars here. My last two cars have also come from this location. Paul Mecca was the guy who sold me the civic I have now and he was a pleasure to work with. Thorough, funny and down to earth man. I recently went to the new Express Service Center and was pleasently surprised by the friendliness of the employees and how fast and efficient the technicians worked. The environment was very quiet and I was able to relax while waiting for my car to be worked on. I came in for an oil change that day. Mike Vigliotti was the man who helped me during my visit. He was sociable and welcoming. I will be back to this Express service center with any repairs or routine maintainance I may need in the future. More

Joseph Jacob helped me to find a great Honda CRV 2012. I have a 10 month old baby, so it was very important to me to find a great and safe car. Mike Vigliotti is a gentleman this is the first time i dealt with him & it wouldn't be the last. wonderful experience! Great guy, extremely accommodating and deicious coffee! very clean which I greatly appreciate! When we arrived, Mike met us in the paking lot and asked us how he could assist us. We and deicious coffee! very clean which I greatly appreciate! When we arrived, Mike met us in the paking lot and asked us how he could assist us. We explained to him why we were there and he immediately took our car into the garage for inspection and work. He then met us in the office and looked up our records. He told us exactly what we had done (maintanence wise) at our last visit and what we needed now. It was expeditely taken care of as we helped ourselves to coffee. He then came out and told us about my car's report card and what was suggested which was only one other thing besides the oil change which was to change the filter. We were in and out very quickly! More

Mike took the time out to get me a good price on tires and call me the following morning after I visited him on express service 7 30 pm the night before .
