I have been servicing my car at Ocean Honda NoHo (previously Robertson) for almost 5 years, and this is the first time I feel like the Service Writer heard me. Joe Lopez is an asset to the departmen (previously Robertson) for almost 5 years, and this is the first time I feel like the Service Writer heard me. Joe Lopez is an asset to the department and to the company: you need more people who care. The service was $$$, but it's worth it to me to use Honda mechanics and Honda parts. The mechanic indicated I didn't need a specific costly service, which I greatly appreciated. He did indicate other things that were far more pressing, and now my car is running as good as new. I have over 100k miles, and have no intention of moving on: though inconvenient for me Ocean Honda NoHo will continue to get my business, because Joe Lopez went out of his way to improve my experience.
