That is what I call proactive and transparent customer service, That is why I love my Honda and this dealership. More

He recommended a 90K service for my CRV , and when i declined, he respected my decision and didn’t try to guilt me into getting it done. My Fit had an airbag recall. The oil service for both and the recall repair were done in 1 hour. The service associate checked in with us 2-3 times to update us on the progress. Thank you very much Marcel Fuentes. Additionally, you can’t beat the price. It was $89 dollars for both cars that use synthetic oil. Elsewhere, like Jiffy Lube, it would’ve been at least $90 for one car. It’s conveniently located, there’s an in n out within walking distance if u get hungry while you’re waiting. The waiting lobby has super comfortable chairs. I highly recommend this location to get your Hondas serviced. More
