Pleasant experience It did not take long and I waited in the waiting room which was very nice as usual and they had free coffee. I like it that I see the service manager in person after the service is performed so I can discuss any concerns. Most places you just pay in a separate place and don't speak again. My husband and I have serviced our Hondas at Robertson for over 20 years and we've never been dissatisfied. The waiting area is comfortable and has a work area for computers as well. More
