We were blown away by how straightforward and helpful he was; he got us an incredible rate, beating out two other dealerships by hundreds of dollars, and helped us find an insurance agent who got us a great rate, too. This year, we decided to trade in our car early. We went right back to him, and he managed to do it again! We upgraded to a new vehicle and he got us an exceptional monthly rate and didn't push us for a bigger down payment than we were comfortable with. We've also brought our vehicle to the service center for maintenance and had very good experiences with the staff and the work they've done. I know that many people go into the car buying process with trepidation and a sense of intimidation, but I can truly say that I have never felt anything but honesty and helpfulness from the people at Robertson Honda. THE BEST HONDA DEALERSHIP IN LA!!!! My lease was coming up on my accord, and all the dealerships I went to tried to get me to pay more for my new lease. Out of the 4 other Honda dealerships I went to Aldo and Barry at Robertson were the only ones to have actually helped me. They listened to my wants and needs and were very patient with me. I wanted a new accord sport in white, and apparently that is a very popular color. Barry called there sister store Robertson Honda Palmdale and they were able to get the car for me that day. I am very happy with my experience and especially my new CAR!!! I recommend Aldo and Barry to everyone, these guys will work hard for you. More

Avo Topalkaradzhyan picked up my phone call into the store and gladly assisted me with setting up a visit, on a 30 minute notice! I currently live in New Orleans, but last week I was In Los Angeles with my friend Cheryl. So when I was in LA, I was staying with my friend Cheryl, and one afternoon we were going to have lunch on the 101 freeway and on the freeway her car literally started to smoke up little by little and she was pressing the gas and the car was not going, we got freaked out. So we were able to pull to the side of the freeway (thank God), I mean we got really scared. So since we were in the North Hollywood / Hollywood area, so Cheryl gave the Robertson honda a call and this nice guy picked up, I believe his name was Robert, and he told us not to worry about anything and not to drive the car, and just to make sure we were in a safe spot, so we don't get hurt. So it really showed that he cared about us more than the car at the moment. So even though it was not my car and I was not driving I really liked that. Anyways Cheryl told me that it was her first time calling this honda dealership. she really liked their service and I did too. They sent us a tow truck and took us to their dealer, gave us another car and took her car for a repair. Btw her car was like a old honda civic, i don't know the year. Anyways from my point of view, I really liked how the dealership treated us, I think it was really cool. Surprisingly some people can be nice. Loved Los Angeles, I wish I can come back soon ;) More

I have taken my car here several times, and today I actually decided to search online and write a review. Some people complian about their service advisors, but not me Berge always treats me good. So it's simple, if you don't like your adviser change them. That's what I did and now I'm comfortable. Wow my coffee tastes good. Jealous much? Lol :) More

The service department is awesome. They are helpful in small ways and large. I had some work done on my car recently. Two days later I saw smoke coming out of the front hood of my car, so I called them an small ways and large. I had some work done on my car recently. Two days later I saw smoke coming out of the front hood of my car, so I called them and they arranged to have my car towed in instead of my driving and risking my life, and they got me a rental car for me. It turned out that I had a plastic bag melting on the catalytic converter. After they finished and returned my car with no charge. While I was waiting I saw a lady having a little difficulty with a door to the waiting area and a service writer ran across the shop to hold the door for her. This seems like a small thing but it showed me they are very thoughtful and helpful. Not every repair goes as planned but they are responsive and cooperative and try to maintain their customers cars in the best shape possible. I don't write reviews usually, but this was so nice of them, it touched my heart. I recommend them. More
