Overall I had a positive experience at the car dealership, thanks to Ramtin's friendly and professional customer service. However, there's room for improvement in the approval/negotiation process dealership, thanks to Ramtin's friendly and professional customer service. However, there's room for improvement in the approval/negotiation process from upper management, as each counter exchange took 20-30 minutes, which could be streamlined for efficiency.
