I went in for an oil change. The service guy was ok. Trying up sale me on other things.. He didn’t ask if I had a ride or would I like a curtsey ride. I sat in the waiting room f The service guy was ok. Trying up sale me on other things.. He didn’t ask if I had a ride or would I like a curtsey ride. I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I finally went to the service person who was helping me and he was talking in a circle with other service people. I had been sitting for over 2 hours at 12:55 & he looked at my slip & pointed that 1:00 it would be done. He didn’t ask “let me check for you”. Nothing he went back talking to his associates. I finally looked & I saw my car. No one said my car was ready. I went to look for my service person. Wasn’t there. Another associate helped me. There was no customer service. They don’t care. I did have to sales people leave messages on my phone asking if I want to sell my car. Really!? More
