When I went to get one car I ended up getting two cars one for me and one for my brother because of how welcoming Remmy Ndogo was. Honda if Olathe is the most amazing car dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone here is so nice and polite and most of all NOT PUSHY. We were very short on time but I wanted to do a test drive of a Certified Pre-owned Honda Pilot. They had a couple on the lot for me to test drive. They did not try to push the higher cost one off on me. They gave me the facts and differences in the two. I was so strapped for time we had to leave and didn't buy. Over the weekend I was contacted by Rob Weiner, Sales. I sent him pictures of my truck I wanted to trade in because I did not have it with me the day I test drove. We worked a deal and set an appointment to finalize with Nicholas on Tuesday the next week when I was back in town. Due to unforseen circumstances I couldn't make the appointment so I went in early to see if we could get it finalized. Rob Weiner helped us get it done. Of course he wasn't expecting us but he was amazing. He walked us through each step and kept us informed of what was next. The financing was so fast and easy. They gave me a better deal then I was able to find any where else. I can tell you I have never had such a great experience buying a car. Rob was fun and easy going. Rob even walked me through each thing on my car and how to work it. He set all the preferences I wanted for the technology, seats, mirrors and doors etc. That part alone was great because no other dealer has ever done that for me before. If your looking for a car go check out Honda of Olathe because you will love it. Why can't all the other car dealers do what Honda is Olathe does. They could really learn a thing or two from them. We were really impressed that the service department made the van like new too, we were relieved we didn't have to do any work on it. Another great aspect is that the financing lady we worked with named America helped us get a great APR by using a program that scouted out credit union rates for us and then showed us an affordable warranty program which really helps us feel confident. Last but not least I'm so impressed by Honda as a company. Our odyssey has everything I wanted: reliability, comfortable chairs, DVD player, beautiful console, etc. I really didn't think anything could make me switch from Toyota but this company sold me. They was argumentative I had enough left the next day I went to Olathe Honda bought a new hr-v the sale was lengthy after 5 hrs I paid my money an bought warranty premium one I am a long time customer of Honda cars live the cars Olathe was very good customer service they was very busy but willing to help me. I would buy there again even though I paid cash was still very helpful the other dealers wasn’t interested in cash only finance a purchase.
