I worked with a great sales rep by the name of Augustine Lee and the general manager Leon Wharton. Since I am in sales I am very aware of sales tactics and slick pitches. I got none of that at Frank Ancona Honda. Both Leon and Augustine listened to me, without interruption, which is a rare quality with sales people. More

He was personable, relatable and friendly from the outset. But that's not what separated him, as the folks at McCarthy Chevrolet were friendly also. Aaron understood this was a big decision and didn't pressure me to buy on the spot. He understood that I was also considering a Chevy Malibu and even suggested I test drive the Malibu at McCarthy. Aaron's approach to customer service is refreshing and unlike other visits I encountered. The employees at McCarthy, for instance, were nice but I felt the normal dealership pressure to buy on the spot to get the best deal. It felt rehearsed, forced and like I was just another number in their line. Aaron actually encouraged me to sleep on it and give it some thought, which was also unique and appreciated. If more dealerships had employees like Aaron, they would not have such blood-thirsty reputations. Aaron made sure I made this important purchase when the time was right for me and I am grateful to his service. He has the unique ability to relate to YOUR car-buying needs, as opposed to strictly the needs of the dealership. Turns out I love the new 2016 Accord. It's more sporty, luxurious and technology-driven than previous models. The dual displays on the dashboard are super slick. Apple integration is perfect for the iPhone. Great car overall. And great service overall from Aaron! More

He was great to work with - no pressure, very knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humor. Auggie even told us, if we have any questions about the vehicle, to stop by or call any time! All others we came in contact with at the dealership were very friendly. We know, from experience with our first CR-V, that the service department personnel are all great people, too. More

Introduced me to the HRV and demonstrated new features; blind spot mirror,seat configuration especially for cargo capacity,etc. Encouraged a very hesitant me to take a test drive and was tutorial, reassuring and fun.
