Good car, poor customer service I recently purchased a car from Frank Ancona Honda. The paper work and financing took us quite awhile, not their fault, but I did not drive away until I recently purchased a car from Frank Ancona Honda. The paper work and financing took us quite awhile, not their fault, but I did not drive away until after closing. I received a call that my paperwork was ready to pick up a week later so I drove over. While there I asked about mats for the new car since we did not have time to discuss it sooner. Hoping they would "throw them in" was a big mistake. Not only did I have to purchase them, they wanted me to give them an instruction book for the car I had traded in. I know they are not obligated to do this, but my daughter had just bought a car else where and that courtesy was offered to her. For $200 they are willing to lose my business, and insure I will never buy another car from them. Seem like poor customer relations to me. More

I wanted the Touring trim which cost more but after these two guys asked me personal and car questions they helped me saved more $$$$ by cutting out things that I truly didn't need that the Touring had to offer. I also want to say thanks to The GM Leon as well for taking care of me when I came in a couple days ago to pick up my seat covers.
