Frank Ancona and Auggie are wonderful This is the third car I have bought from Frank Ancona Honda over the past 13 years. Not a surprise this is a top notch dealer ship that has great associates throughout the organization. This time I bought a 2016 Honda Accord. I started the process on line, the intent sales manager e-mailed back and I set up a test drive of a specific Accord and Civic over my lunch hour. I got there Auggie had both cars ready to go, by the time I was back from test driving about 30 mins, he had the deals lined up on his desk, a couple of things back and forth items later we had a deal in about 15 mins. Came back to pick up the car that night, it was ready to go, Signed the papers and drove away. Two e-mails and under two hours at the dealership and I had a new car. So organized, so easy, it was incredible. Well done to Auggie and Frank Ancona as an organization. If I could give Auggie and Frank Ancona 7 stars I would! More
