When I contacted the dealership I knew the exact car, trim and color I wanted. They didn't have that exact car on stock they were able to get it within 2 business days. Jim did a great job helping me make an informed decision instead of just a rushed buy. Parker answered all of my questions and showed me some pretty cool things that the car can do. I am very satisfied with the service and absolutely love my new civic. More

I've This was our third Honda purchase, and first time buying from Frank Ancona. We chose them because of the past customer service with Frank Ancona. I've been in several times for routine maintenance and the staff is helpful and seems honest. Some years ago the service manager took great care of me and my vehicle. So when I shopped around this time, we remembered Frank Ancona and valued their service. I also liked my first visit with salesman Lynn Lowe. More

Augustine Lee was very patient in helping me understand the new technology that came with my 2016 vehicle. They were sensitive to my needs and helped answer all 1,000,000 of my questions. It was a superior first time car buying experience, and I would recommend the team at Frank Ancona to anyone seeking a vehicle! More

We purchased our first minivan from Frank Ancona and the experience was great. The salesman was friendly and polite. When we needed another vehicle this year my family and I decided to revisit Frank Ancona. Again, Frank Ancona didn't disappoint. I arrived at the dealership with my entire family and we were greeted warmly by "Auggie" Lee and the rest is history. We feel blessed to have a 2013 Honda Accord as part of our family. We feel even more fortunate that we have a "friend" down at Frank Ancona, "Auggie", who will be ready for us when we come back. Prior to my visit in picking up my family's vehicle I had called into the dealership to speak with Auggie. Auggie, unfortunately was attending to another customer and I asked to speak with someone who could answer my questions concerning the lifetime engine and powertrain warranty. I was transferred to Brad. Brad answered all of my questions and he was polite. However, at the very end of our conversation he asked when was I going to come into the office to pick up the car we were purchasing. I told Brad the specific reason I was calling was to collect information exactly related to the ESC plan he had offered us and the lifetime engine and powertrain warranty. I also told Brad that our finance company was offering us a similar product (extended service plans etc.) and I wanted to make sure we completely understood what product would be best for us. Brad said that's fine and we ended the call. I'd like to mention we had spoken to Brad the previous day at the dealership, signed paperwork with our intent to purchase the vehicle and we were already pre-approved thru our credit union. From my perspective it seemed that Brad was "pushing" the sale forward when there was no need to. After speaking with Brad in the middle of the day my family and I made it to the dealership late that same evening. When signing our finance paperwork with Brad his overall interactions with us was less than warm. Brad also made it clear that we should review our extended service plan, which we had chosen not to go with Honda's, very carefully because it had "large loopholes." We thanked Brad for his advice, signed our paperwork and we left his office. When my wife and I arrived home, because we rode in separate vehicles, we both made mention of how Brad's attitude seemed to be one of being upset. We didn't let it bother us and we were too excited and happy about our new vehicle purchase. The following day my wife told me Brad had interacted rudely with our finance company via email several times. Our finance executive told us, via email, that Brad had problems viewing documents that he had requested from them (our finance company). Our finance executive went on to advise that Brad had even stated he would no longer work with her company in the future. I was surprised to hear all of this let alone that one person has the ability to make those types of decisions on one transaction and because there was or wasn't an issue with viewing documents? Really? I hope these reviews are monitored so someone can look into this. It seems that towards the end of the sales transaction a few things leave room for possible polishing. We really like the sales staff, selection and overall buying atmosphere down at Frank Ancona. We have always owned Honda's and even one Acura. We really like our Honda's and we foretell another Honda joining our family as soon as possible, God willing of course. Blessings, The Alba's More

I must say this was the most enjoyable and fun experience I have ever had buying a car. "Aggie" Lee was my salesperson. He was very professional and personable. He was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly and listened to my needs in a new car. He did not use any high pressure tactics that other dealers used and I trusted him. He made the whole experience seamless. He went above and beyond educating me on how to operate my new vehicle and arranging to drive my old car while I drove my new car back home. The dealership has an excellent service department and a lovely lounge for customers to wait with fresh fruit and baked goods as well a juices and coffee that are complimentary! Overall, I could not be happier! More
Great dealership!! Straight forward and good emplyees Knew the car I wanted from looking on the internet and our salesman, Sean, was great to work with. Not pushy, gave us time to think about our decision. You didnt have 3 people running over to you which seems to be the norm. The financing went smooth and quick. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and they could have done a better job cleaning it up. But yes I highly reccomend them. More
Do not buy a used car from them. I bought a used Ford Escape 2008, with 91,740 miles on it. I drove it for a week and noticed some items that were missed in the service inspection. I I bought a used Ford Escape 2008, with 91,740 miles on it. I drove it for a week and noticed some items that were missed in the service inspection. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning, leaving the vehicle there for as long they needed it. I told them the left rear blinker was working only so often and the Tire Pressure Sensor light kept coming on even after I had checked the air pressures many times to find them at the recommended pressures. I also pointed out the wiper blades were worn and should be replaced. Needless to say, the said there was nothing wrong with the blinker, and the TPS was fixed with airing up the tires, I was told my tire pressure gauge must not be working correctly. The charge was 65.00 for two wiper blades to be installed. After driving the vehicle for 2 weeks, the TPS light came on again and the vehicle started to really pull to the left under heavy braking. Not wanting to go back to the dealer again, I stopped at the Tires Plus in Grandview, near my home, and had them check the why the TPS was coming on all the time. Come to find out the sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. I had it replaced and when I picked up the vehicle the next day, I was told the sensor was loose inside the tire. Long story short I had to have the rotors replaced and a caliper replaced because the caliper froze in place and almost burned the tire because of the heat. I had the repairs done at Tires Plus again, because I did not to do any more damage to the front brakes. I called Honda Service to have this turned in as warranty work but, because I did not get prior authorization from the warranty to company they would not pay for any of the work I had done at tires plus. I think if the service department did a proper inspection of the vehicle I would not be out almost $800.00 in less than 3 months after buying this vehicle from them. I will not buy another used or new car from them and I am taking the dealer's name off both of my vehicles that I have purchased from them. More
