I spent a few hours there on two different occasions but most of the financing was done over the phone and once it was time to sign the paper work, it was done over a web feed in St. Louis with a finance person and was streamlined very well. I had been searching for a 2013 Toyota Sienna online when I found one located at another local dealership. After meeting with the sales and finance staff at the other local dealership, I left there feeling discouraged with their staff and the overall experience, so I chose not to go back. A week later I found another Sienna on the Frank Ancona Honda website and made an appointment to meet with the sales rep, Lynn Lowe. Lynn was easy to talk to, wasn't pushy, and didn't have the "used salesmen vibe". He answered all of my questions and was willing to take things at my pace. (This experience was much different than my meeting with the other local dealership.) The Sienna was in great shape, and the price was better than most others that I had seen online. The finance manager, Patrick Mulvihill, was easygoing as well and was able to answer the finance questions that I had. He even offered a few financial suggestions to help our credit as we moved forward, which I appreciated. I felt that he worked to get me the best financing possible, and I didn't get the feeling that I was being taken advantage of, especially since I came with some credit problems. Lynn made completing the paperwork a breeze, much easier than what I remembered from past experiences. His helpful and friendly demeanor, his preparedness, and his reliable follow-up made for a wonderful car buying experience. I would definitely go back to Frank Ancona Honda for my next car purchase. We were so pleased with our pleasant car-shopping experience and the great quality cars that a few years later we bought a Honda Fit and, at the same time, another Civic Hybrid because James had a good deal to show us. Worth the 70+ mi drive PAST every other Honda dealer in KC Just leased my 7th CR-V. We've been working with Greg Kessler at Frank Ancona Honda for 4 of my 7 purchases. When we decided to switch dealers back Just leased my 7th CR-V. We've been working with Greg Kessler at Frank Ancona Honda for 4 of my 7 purchases. When we decided to switch dealers back in 2010 (over 30 minutes to get MY KEYS back at the other delearship didn't sit well with me), I started my search online. Other dealer's "internet" departments told me to "come on in" and they'd give me info. Greg gave me the info I asked for and ultimately won my business. Greg now emails ME when there's a deal he thinks I'll be interested in and lets me decide if it's worth it or not. I can honestly say I've never made chocolate chip cookies for any other car salesman! :) Greg takes care of me and there's none of the pushiness I've run into at other dealers. He even makes sure they put my name first on the paperwork because it's MY car! :) Ancona's service department is awesome, as well. We don't see them often, but they've always been timely and give us great information. If I could give them TEN stars, I would not hesitate to do so. My husband was so impressed with how I was treated, he's switched dealers, too! More
