Excellent service department experience. Another Honda dealer told me several times that work called for on a Honda Service Bulletin was not covered by warranty. I came to Frank Ancona Honda Another Honda dealer told me several times that work called for on a Honda Service Bulletin was not covered by warranty. I came to Frank Ancona Honda to get a 2nd opinion. I spoke with Kurt in the service department. He immediately knew of the service bulletin and gave me a copy. He said the work was most certainly covered by the powertrain warranty, and he had the vehicle fixed the same day and has worked fine ever since. I asked Kurt some technical questions and I was pleasantly surprised by his technical knowledge. I came back to bring the vehicle in for the service and Kurt was out to lunch. I talked to Landon about the matter. Both gentlemen gave excellent customer service and both had a very good technical knowledge about my vehicles problem. I am used to service writers having little to know technical knowledge but these two men were way ahead of others I have talked to at other dealerships. I have been treated at other dealerships like they are offended when you have some technical knowledge and ask a technical question. Not so with Kurt and Landon, they were great and made me want to come back for future service. More

Auggie was friendly and did not pressure us in any way while we looked at the car we wanted. It took less than an hour for us to agree on a price, which was much better than other dealers for the same car. While we waited for our car to be delivered to the dealer, Auggie called and kept us updated with the process. Picking up the car was a hassle-free experience, and Auggie made sure to spend time with us to go over the car's features. I would recommend Frank Ancona, and especially Auggie, to anyone shopping for a car! His easy-going, honest personality made for an easy car-buying experience. More

I had been searching for a 2013 Toyota Sienna online when I found one located at another local dealership. After meeting with the sales and finance staff at the other local dealership, I left there feeling discouraged with their staff and the overall experience, so I chose not to go back. A week later I found another Sienna on the Frank Ancona Honda website and made an appointment to meet with the sales rep, Lynn Lowe. Lynn was easy to talk to, wasn't pushy, and didn't have the "used salesmen vibe". He answered all of my questions and was willing to take things at my pace. (This experience was much different than my meeting with the other local dealership.) The Sienna was in great shape, and the price was better than most others that I had seen online. The finance manager, Patrick Mulvihill, was easygoing as well and was able to answer the finance questions that I had. He even offered a few financial suggestions to help our credit as we moved forward, which I appreciated. I felt that he worked to get me the best financing possible, and I didn't get the feeling that I was being taken advantage of, especially since I came with some credit problems. Lynn made completing the paperwork a breeze, much easier than what I remembered from past experiences. His helpful and friendly demeanor, his preparedness, and his reliable follow-up made for a wonderful car buying experience. I would definitely go back to Frank Ancona Honda for my next car purchase. We were so pleased with our pleasant car-shopping experience and the great quality cars that a few years later we bought a Honda Fit and, at the same time, another Civic Hybrid because James had a good deal to show us.
