Worth the 70+ mi drive PAST every other Honda dealer in KC Just leased my 7th CR-V. We've been working with Greg Kessler at Frank Ancona Honda for 4 of my 7 purchases. When we decided to switch dealers back Just leased my 7th CR-V. We've been working with Greg Kessler at Frank Ancona Honda for 4 of my 7 purchases. When we decided to switch dealers back in 2010 (over 30 minutes to get MY KEYS back at the other delearship didn't sit well with me), I started my search online. Other dealer's "internet" departments told me to "come on in" and they'd give me info. Greg gave me the info I asked for and ultimately won my business. Greg now emails ME when there's a deal he thinks I'll be interested in and lets me decide if it's worth it or not. I can honestly say I've never made chocolate chip cookies for any other car salesman! :) Greg takes care of me and there's none of the pushiness I've run into at other dealers. He even makes sure they put my name first on the paperwork because it's MY car! :) Ancona's service department is awesome, as well. We don't see them often, but they've always been timely and give us great information. If I could give them TEN stars, I would not hesitate to do so. My husband was so impressed with how I was treated, he's switched dealers, too! More

Amazing experience -- our 3rd Ancona car Augustine Lee (Auggie), our salesman, was amazing from beginning to end. He greeted us promptly when we got to the dealership, and he immediately took us to the Odysseys we said we were looking at online. In the process he pointed out one we'd missed, and it was the one we bought shortly after. The van, a 4-year-old Odyssey Touring was in amazing condition and Ancona's price was fantastic -- even our loan officer at our credit union commented on how good the price was based on the loan system's estimated value. They also gave us a more than fair value on our trade. Auggie made the initial paperwork quick since we had our kids with us on the first night. He was very friendly and hospitable -- not only to us, but to our children as well. He never pressured us to make any decision and didn't try to sell us cars we didn't want. On a whim, I decided to finance through our credit union the following morning while I was there, and Auggie had the purchase order to my loan officer in less than 5 minutes after I called! For our return visit to finish up the paperwork both Auggie and Chris got us through the paperwork signing and into our car very quickly. This is the third car we've bought at Ancona and we have gotten all of our Hondas serviced there, and I just can't say enough nice things about the dealership. My next car will definitely be from Ancona. If you buy a car from Ancona, ask for Auggie. You won't be disappointed! More
Great Experience - Used Car We were looking for a used Toyota 4Runner SR5 with low miles. This dealership had a 2011 4Runner on their website that we thought would fit the bill. I called and talked to Patrick about the car fax and asked about specific options that we were looking for. Patrick walked out to the vehicle to check out the options and called me right back with the answers to my questions. A few days later, we drove over an hour to look at the vehicle. I knew Patrick was going to be off that day, so I called ahead to ask if someone could work with us in Patrick's absence. Tony Yi took my call and assured me that he would be glad to help with us. When we got to the dealership, salesman Zack Murray showed us the vehicle and when a question came up that he could not answer, he conferred with Tony. Zack was friendly, helpful and not pushy. When I apologized for taking so long and asking so many questions, Zack said he understood that it was a big decision. He encouraged us to ask as many questions as needed to help us make an educated decision. Between Tony and Zack, our questions were all answered and Tony appraised our trade in at a fair price, so after a little negotiating, we bought the vehicle. We left it at the dealership a couple of days so they could touch up the paint and buff out the headlights. When we picked it up, the vehicle was spotless, paint touched up and the headlights looked like new. Zack and Patrick walked us through the paperwork on the used car side and then Zack walked us over to the new car side to finish up. Zack took us to the waiting room and made sure we were comfortable. While we waited, Tony came by to say hi and thank us for our business. About 20 minutes later Brad Turner came to get us and walked us to his office. He explained the dealership warranty, the power train warranty and talked to us about an extended warranty. Brad made it easy to understand and made the process quick and easy. If Patrick had not been so helpful and friendly when I made the first call, we would not have driver over an hour to look at this 4Runner. All of our contacts were great to work with. We would buy another vehicle from Ancona. More

We have dealt with Greg Kessler many times. He has always been straight forward and great to deal with. We agreed on a purchase price and it was all set to go when we went in to pick up the car. The prove on the Honda Pilot I bought was dead on, and they offered more for my trade than anyone else. The only hiccup was they just couldn't compete with the interest rate i got doing outside financing. I won't be replacing THIS car anytime soon, but they will be my first stop when I go to replace our other cars. More

Those others typed and talked a lot about "earning my business", but only Auggie got the car in the color/trim that I wanted and agreed to my price. He was helpful and understood my needs. He listened to me. When I arrived to complete the deal, it was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. No pressure for extras, no "talking to my manager", just completing the paperwork and learning about the car. Auggie really did earn my business, and I received a great service from him. I'd recommend him to others in the market. More
