Frank Ancona sells Unsafe and Unsanitary Used Cars Traded for a 2007 Lincoln MKX. Dog feces, urine, dander, was concealed. They also on the car report check list stated the air filter was "OK". Spent time in the hospital twice because the car was unsafe. They committed fraud (they say it was an honest mistake) that the cabin filter was not documented correctly. I had to replace it after becoming ill spending time in the vehicle. To make matters worse, when I was told to be there to pick up the car, they said it would be ready. It was not, though they swore the car was detailed and cleaned. I took photos of the dog urine, feces, and air filter and provided the proof to management. The sales manger "Patrick" was condescending, rude, and helped facilitate the fraud. These are not bad people, but horrible people, including Michael Ancona. They acknowledged they were wrong, but did little to fix situation. More

Besides the pleasant assistance from Max and Patric, the overall process was enjoyable. We did not have the normal issues you find on other lots with sales pressure that totally ruins your time when buying a vehicle.
