When we came to look at the car she had it all ready to go. Explained features before the test drive. Answered all our questions and had a deal. The finance portion was really quick as well. Exceptional Service I went to Frank Ancona just to look at cars. I was in the market to purchase my first new car. I had been to several other local dealers and was far f I went to Frank Ancona just to look at cars. I was in the market to purchase my first new car. I had been to several other local dealers and was far from impressed with the service. When I went to Ancona I was immediately greeted with several smiling faces and warm welcomes. As I approached a car Eric asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I told him that I was in the market for a new car and that I was interested in looking at a Honda Civic. He promptly came out with keys and asked me if I would like to take a test drive. We took a test drive, Eric could not have been more helpful. He showed us all the specs of the car in a respectful manner. At other dealerships I had been talked to like I was incompetent because I was 18 and a woman. I commend Eric for his manner in which he dealt with my mother and I. I was blown away by the service and the quality of the car. I knew that not only was that the car for me but I too had found my dealership and salesman. I told Eric that I was not in a position to buy a vehicle that day but would be back to purchase a car from him soon. Within a few days I received a phone call thanking me for coming in and that they hoped to see me soon. A few weeks had passed and I was in the position to purchase my vehicle. I went to the local Toyota dealership to see what they would offer me for my vehicle. There is received less than good service. I wasn't taken serious. I was an annoyance to them. After leaving there I went to see Eric. He got me a quote for my car and within an hour I was driving off the lot with a brand new car. He made my first car buying experience fun! He went over every detail very thoroughly and ensured I understood and was happy with the stipulations. We went and looked at all the Honda's on the lot to make sure I got the one that I wanted. Now came time to do the finances. Shelly made the financing a seamless and simple process. She had all the paperwork ready for me when I met with her. She went through and gave me several options to allow me to choose what would fit my lifestyle the best. Once I had decided what I wanted she went through in detail and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She didn't leave out any detail. She wanted me to be happy and know everything. Overall, I couldn't have been any happier with my first purchase. I will be a life long customer of Frank Ancona. It was a fantastic experience. She didn't play any games, matched another price I had from another dealer, gave me a complete list of what I wanted on my new 2014 Honda Accord EX-L, and had me pre-qualified for financing before I set foot on the lot. The paperwork was quick, the Finance Manager (also a woman) was delightful, and I felt the entire time they truly cared about what the customer's needs were, not how fast they could get me to complete the purchase or buy over my budget. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever known. I would gladly recommend Ancona to anyone, especially to any women purchasing a new car. They treat you with respect. More

Working with John Miller was great and I have to say, in all the past experiences I have had, John was the easiest and least pressured experience I have had. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and was diligent (yet not pushy) in his follow up. I enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend his services to my friends and family. I also have high praise for Frank Ancona's service department. I have brought my vehicles there many times for service and have always been completely satisfied with the service level and efforts of that team. It was the best and calmest dealership experience I have ever had and would easily recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great car and great people to work with. I absolutely would buy a car here again. Courteous, respectful, non argumentative, not pushy or condescending. Just plain nice.
