Customer service My battery had died. After a jump start, my anti-theft light came on and my radio didn't work. I was extremely irritated. I had to waste time and gas, My battery had died. After a jump start, my anti-theft light came on and my radio didn't work. I was extremely irritated. I had to waste time and gas, recharging my battery with no radio for a distraction. The owners manual wasn't helpfuf since I wasn't given a code card, (Page 218) nor was my radio prompting me to enter a code. I entered the 'sales room', fully expecting to be sent to the service department. That just fueled my irritation. I met James there and explained my situation. I know he could tell how irritated I was, but he didn't blink an eye. (Talk about calm under pressure.) He might have wished to be any where than there with me, but I would never have known. There was a bitterly cold wind blowing, and he was calmly looking through my'stuff' trying to help me. And he did. He truly deserves 5 stars. I bought my CRV at your dealership 6 years ago. Right now I have 8670 miles on my car. When I trade it in, I'll ask for James. More

In addition, they went out of their way to get me the color I wanted when it didn't look like that would be possible unless I wanted to wait for several weeks. They were easy and enjoyable to work with and they exceeded my expectations of what my car leasing/buying experience would be. More
