Arrived early and was greeted by Mickey (Service Porter) with a smile and a friendly greeting. Ivan Gonzalez (Service Advisor) immediately took over, handling the paperwork, and had my car driven to begin part installation process. Ivan is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I waited at the Cafe counter, and had a pleasant conversation with Eva (Cafe Mgr.). During my time there, Tara Schwartz (Service Concierge) came by to inquire if there was anything the Dealership could do to assist me further. My hour wait time was spent enjoying a cup of Hot Chocolate. I'm really impressed with the treatment and service you receive at Ocean Honda. I find the professionalism starts at the top, with the General Manger John Monteleone, and permeates throughout the entire staff at Ocean Honda.
