Jonathan, I suppose when the salesman Chris Wells and the Sales Manager told us that there was no warranty and sales were final we believed we had no recourse here, just that we had made a bad deal. It is Honda of Princeton; the first 3 cars we bought through Brian Watkinson, including the Accord we traded in. The Lexus was the first one where we dealt with someone else, previously used cars were sold in the same place as the new ones and we used Brian. The Lexus certainly looks in great shape,but after the light came on we had the car looked over by Princeton Motors who gave us the bad news on the catalytic converter. We did call Chris (once) after we found out and left a message asking him to call but never got a response. If there is something you could do to help us out here, that would be great.
