Made buying a car so pleasant. After I had an accident and totaled my car, I was in Florida visiting my son. He called Honda of Princeton and was able to get a good price and we ordered the car over the phone. When I returned from Florida and the car was delivered from the port to the dealer, I got a call immediately and my sales person Nick Donnoli picked me up and brought me to the dealer to get the car. He answered any questions I had and connected my phone to the car. When I couldn't get sound when using my phone GPS he showed me exactly what I needed to do and now it works. He told me is I ever had any other questions to just call him again. Nick is the most pleasant and helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. Thank you Nick for all your help. More

I purchased a vechile thatvwas not a honda at this dealership it had nothing but problems in 6 months I have had to take the vechile back for electrical issues them 3 times had to use my extended warr dealership it had nothing but problems in 6 months I have had to take the vechile back for electrical issues them 3 times had to use my extended warranty. I had to vehicle for 6 months and 6 weeks out the 6 monthe owning the vehicle they had it. No one there could figure what was wrong. They told me it was one thing when it wasn't. Yhe changed a battery when it was electrical issues a had it for 3 weeks to tell me it was a battery. Horrible! Their customer service sucks they say will call u back and they don't. Finally they have no idea what the xxxx they are doing because the vehicle continues to have the same issue. I trust no one there and refused to take my vechile back there EVER! Be cautious when purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Poor Poor Poor!!! More

We have purchased vehicles from Honda of Princeton and haven’t been let down by the sales team. The service department has provided a lackluster and disappointing experience. I have been dealing with headlight issues with my 2017 Accord Touring since the date of purchase and am very aware of the warranty issue with the DRL Strip (10 year replacement due to manufacturing issues). I made my first contact with HOP and was told a department needed to verify my VIN for the replacement. 3 days later, I hadn’t heard anything back and I had to call the dealership again (they weren’t aware of my situation when I called). Once again on 9/21, I explained my issue and that I knew it was covered under warranty; replaced multiple times in the vehicles life. They seemed unfamiliar of the issue but assured me they would take care of it. On 9/30 (nine days later), I had my appointment and when I drove in, my service advisor was super friendly and attentive. Before I stated who I was and why I was there, he questioned if I was there for the warranty headlight replacement, seemingly knowing of the common issue. About 30 minutes later, he advised me that the dealership does not have the part and it was not ordered. As a customer, I should not have to make numerous calls, hold the dealership accountable, spend my time waiting at the dealer or manage their parts inventory. This is a common issue and should not warrant the need to “verify” the issue especially when it is tied to the VIN which was provided twice. More
Honda of Princeton is fantastic and my service advisor Nia was excellent! On my very first phone call to Princeton Honda, Nia answered and was able to identify the problem with my car within minutes. Nia was able to schedule me to come on the next day, and kept me updated on the work being performed. Months later and the vehicle is running perfectly. If I ever need service on my vehicle again, I will be coming back to Princeton Honda, just to work with Nia. More
Honda of Princeton is a great organization. But there is this scheduling lady (phone number 609-423-2722), who was extremely rude and impatient. Unless she has some personal issue that pissed her off - I know I didn't - today, she is otherwise doing a huge disservice in her client-facing role to the reputation and business of Honda of Princeton. Please don't take my word for it ... Dealer owner/management: you might have been losing business because of her, please survey other customers she called or monitor/record her calls. More
