The service was always excellent and always found this dealership very honest and competent. But now with the new express facility they have taken it a notch higher. Very comfortable waiting facility, drive in bays to drop-off the car (very cool), a very smiling employee serving tea / coffee / hot chocolate and breakfast items - really gave a great experience. Came for a check up and oil change and in and out within an hour without an appointment. And enjoyed friendly, comfortable place to wait with excellent coffee and muffin. Service was done quickly and no extra work suggested. I drive over 25 miles to get my car serviced here even though there are several Honda dealerships nearby. I had bought my Honda CRV from this dealership in 2007 and negotiated the price through internet. It was a very pleasant buying experience I have had and have serviced the car through them ever since. I never had to wait for over an hour and now they have even longer hours including Sunday service and very comfortable lounge. In five years, I was never pressured to have any extra service than was necessary, they have even honored coupons when I forgot to bring them or when they had expired. My car now has over 120,000 miles and still drives like new, largely because of their excellent maintenance service. More

I bought a Honda Accord EX with Manual Transmission last Saturday from Honda of Princeton. I worked most of the time with Himanshu and a little with Michael Diaz. I live in Long Island but no local dealer had a manual transmission in stock. The closest one was the The Honda of Princeton to have the car of my choice in stock. The first day I first visited the dealership for test drive, I reached an hour after the dealer was closed due to traffic. Since I drove all the way from Long Island to NJ, Himanshu waited after work to show me the car and then sponsored me and my friend a beer and dinner. The staff here is polite and helpful. They got me the best deal. I'm satisfied with my purchase. More

I asked the salesperson in writing to share feedback with management. But I received no acknowledgment about whether the dealership felt there was a problem with their internet pricing practice or even whether the feedback with shared with management. It left a bad impression that the dealer may have deliberately been confusing about pricing to get people into dealership. I continued with the deal because I have have very little time for car shopping and I had already been to the dealership 3 or 4 times to work on the purchase of a car and did not want to start again with another dealership. However, I do not feel that I could recommend this dealership to others. More
