I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at this dealership. Our sales person Dan Delvecchio was very patient with our kids making a lot of noise while we were discussing the details. He was able to come back with a competing offer and give us all the accessories asked for - without additional costs. He exceeded our expectations when we saw the remote starter attached to the van. Derrek, the finance manager, was very efficient with the paper work and had us out in 1 hr on Friday evening. This dealership does not have the typical chaos that you see at other Honda dealerships. Maybe it is the location but I am sure it is due to the way things are organized. More
