Chay was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I never once sensed being pressured to buy the car (a refreshing change from most other dealerships I've visited). I feel that I would be remiss if I did not rate my recent experience at Honda of Princeton. My sales rep was Gary Kafitin and I am truly grateful for all the work he did with us on our recent purchase of a experience at Honda of Princeton. Having visited 3 other dealerships that day and knowing that my van could no longer safely transport myself and our daughter to and fro I was completely overwhelmed. I called Gary that afternoon and asked if he would be there and what the hours for the dealership were. His response was simply "I'm hear as late as you need me". His calm demeanor, spot on knowledge of the Honda product line and respect for my budget made the purchase process an absolute pleasure and I am most grateful for to him for that. I truly hope that Honda realizes what they have with Gary being on board. The degree of professionalism he offers to his customers is largely absent in the automobile sales industry.
