Justin Pelerin greeted me warmly and helped me navigate through the MANY questions I had over a ten day period—helping me to consider all options for me (I ended up going with a lease). He was very good with following up, whether that was through email, text or a personal phone call. Justin worked with Andrew Magro to get me the answers to my abundant financing queries, and Andrew made the final financial paperwork easy to get through. An added bonus: Justin suggested that I look into a new auto insurance provider when my rates were going to go up; through a broker dealer connection, I was able to cut my auto insurance (and home insurance!) nearly in half. I shopped locally and decided on the Honda CRV, liking that I can use it as a camping vehicle as well as a safe, reliable, good looking car. My experience with the local dealer was ok, but they didn't have the color I wanted, so I shopped around. Eventually, I found the car and color I wanted at Key Honda in Rutland. That's when I met Chris. He was just the sales person I needed. Right away he treated me with respect and attention in his friendly direct way. When we were together he gave his full attention, good humor, and completely professional service. He listened to things that I was worried about and addressed each one giving me the trust and confidence I needed to be comfortable with my options and decisions. The car has a lot of technology that's new to me, and he patiently explained everything, twice, then showed me again. I know he's available to me anytime I need a tutorial on anything in the car - the radio, door locks, and driving safety features. I love this safe smart car and highly recommend Chris Cuccurullo. Andrew Magro in the business office treated me the same way, listened to all my questions and concerns, and I am confident I made the best deal with the most protection possible. It's a stressful time making that big decision, and Chris and Andrew were sensitive to that and were kind and professional through the whole experience. The Service Center was closed, but two salesmen went out of their way to help me. They hooked me up with a loaner car and sent me on my way. Things moved smoothly and quickly. I didn't spend hours waiting for people to figure things out which has happened to me in the past. When I got home after my initial visit, I had more questions and was able to email these. Both Caitlin and Andrew Magro, the Finance Manager, answered my emails almost immediately even though once they were answering after hours from home.
