Having been in the business myself for almost 9 years, seeing how the process was handled at Key Honda was nothing short of top notch. From my initial contact with Danielle Moran in the Internet Department, then on to Dallas Rich (Sales Manager) for the numbers portion of the process, Andrew Magro (Finance Manager) for the paperwork portion, and then working with Chris Cuccurullo (Sales Consultant) for the delivery, and everything in between, the staff at this dealership understand customer service. Car buying can be one of the most stressful things that has to be done, but I can honestly say that Dallas, Andrew, Chris and the rest of the team at Key Honda make it fun and enjoyable. We drove an hour and half each way to pick the car up, with two small kids in tow, and I would not hesitate for a split second to do it again, or refer someone looking for a vehicle to Key Honda. We were able to do 99% of the process online, the car was ready to roll and up front when we pulled in, and the paperwork process was smooth and professional.
