Wow, what a difference! After a bad experience at another Honda dealer I emailed Salem Honda. They chatted on line and called me back immediately. They did not hesitate to offer a price match and made me an appointment to come in. I have to say, I have never met nicer car salesmen in my many years of going through what can be a horrible ordeal for women. From Eli my salesman, to Jeremy the manager, to Brandon the sweet finance guy, they were all terrific. They not only matched the price I brought in from another dealer they even agreed to my request to discount an accessory I wanted. The whole process was easy, stress free and enjoyable. Did I really just say that? They helped me find all the documents I needed and Eli even sat in the car with me explaining all the cool devices like Bluetooth, mp3, navigation, heated heats, auto lights etc. The dealership closed but he stayed in the car until I knew how to make a call and program my GPS. He was above nice in my book. They all were. I feel very fortunate to have a dealership that has people I now consider friends. If you want to be well taken care of, get a great deal and feel special then I highly recommend this dealership. More

Second new car I have purchased here. Jeff takes the extra time to make sure all questions are answered and he is easily contacted via texting which is super important with my very busy schedule.
