Kept my car for 5 days for a windshield and inspection. Called every day for status and they kept dropping the ball. Poor service, they cancelled my first service appt and rescheduled with me. In the mean time they gave my windshield to someone else. My vehicle is going on day 5 because the windshield insurance I purchased from a Honda dealer hasn’t paid yet. They won’t let me have my car till they get paid by the insurance company. They had time to send it in during the day. They waited for me to starting calling about my vehicle before they contacted the insurance. After a renegotiation of the deal the insurance person had left for the day. None of this was my fault, however, due to their inadequate service I am being punished by the dealership and unable to get my vehicle. They are holding it ransom till they get paid by the insurance company. Going to sell my Honda. More

In Oct of 2022 I purchased a 22CRV for $37042. It was not on the lot, but the color I wanted was in pearland and would be shipped in. A few days later, my car arrived and I drove home! My parents bought me a Civic in high school. I bought a Del Sol in college. I bought an Accord when I was pregnant. Now that my children are grown, I own a Honda Sport. When I was younger and did not understand the problem of the vehicle, Monty would show me the part and patiently explain. I met Dustin when he was a master mechanic in the back. I never felt they were trying to add on extra. Dustin is now a service manager and it is well deserved. He leaves his office door open and walks around checking on everyone. He not only makes sure his customers are happy, he walks around checking on his staff. I have witnessed him coming from the back with dirty hands, asking his staff how he can help and or helping his staff. Dustin is very knowledgeable and respected. It shows. Now that I'm older when Monty says it needs to be replaced, I do it without question. Their kindness and patience when I was younger will never be forgotten. I depend on them to keep my family and I safe and they do just that! Their customer service is second to none. Monty has integrity and is honest. His professionalism and dedication to his customers are greatly appreciated. I do not ask for copies of service after service is complete. I have always been dedicated to Honda San Marcos.
