Overall, a great dealership with excellent customer service and very affordable pricing from a new car experience to service. Kept my car for 5 days for a windshield and inspection. Called every day for status and they kept dropping the ball. Poor service, they cancelled my first service appt and rescheduled with me. In the mean time they gave my windshield to someone else. My vehicle is going on day 5 because the windshield insurance I purchased from a Honda dealer hasn’t paid yet. They won’t let me have my car till they get paid by the insurance company. They had time to send it in during the day. They waited for me to starting calling about my vehicle before they contacted the insurance. After a renegotiation of the deal the insurance person had left for the day. None of this was my fault, however, due to their inadequate service I am being punished by the dealership and unable to get my vehicle. They are holding it ransom till they get paid by the insurance company. Going to sell my Honda. More
