I have not been impressed with Sarasota Honda. We purchased the Pilot in March - Patrick was awesome, but apparently he is no longer there. The other "managers" were aggressive - not impressed. I bought my car in for a detail and to collect rubber mats(which was promised from the sale in March). I dropped the car at 7.30. I was told it would be ready around 2. At 3 I called as I had heard nothing. I arrived at 4, finally picked the car up around 5.30. Not impressed again. I still don't have the mats. You almost feel like you are an inconvenience for asking questions and showing up. More

Not sure about service department…car was supposedly inspected but had zero antifreeze in the coolant reservoir. Chris sent it back to address that issue and another…still no coolant! Had to go back a second time for this simple oversight. Makes you wonder about how diligent the inspections are. More

Although Joseph was pleasant, he advised that I have a brake fluid and transmission flush. I examined the fluid and it looked clear. Also I looked in my owners manual and it gave no indication of replacem brake fluid and transmission flush. I examined the fluid and it looked clear.
