I recently purchased a used Hyundai from this Honda dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was told the vehicle was still under warranty. After d dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was told the vehicle was still under warranty. After driving it home, I woke up the very next morning to oil all over my driveway. It turned out to be a cracked oil pan. To their credit, they did replace it, but that was not a great start to owning a vehicle I had just purchased. Now, three months later, the alternator, the battery, and the brakes have all gone bad. When I took it to the Hyundai dealership, I was surprised to learn that the warranty the Honda dealership told me I had is no longer valid. My wife reached out to the Honda dealership to try to get answers, but no one was available to speak with her, and no one returned her call. When I called, I was finally able to speak with a manager who told me he would call my wife as soon as we got off the phone. That was several days ago, and we still have not received a call back. Now, when I call, no one seems to be available to talk. This has been a horrible way to treat customers after a sale. Between the warranty issue, the mechanical problems shortly after purchase, and the complete lack of follow-up, I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More
