Great Sales Person & Dealer - Greg Bowers I first started my search for a 2017 Honda EX-L Hybrid in the Naples & Fort Myers area where I lived. I walked into the Coconut Point Honda Dealer sp I first started my search for a 2017 Honda EX-L Hybrid in the Naples & Fort Myers area where I lived. I walked into the Coconut Point Honda Dealer spoke with a sales rep and told him the deal Sarasota was offering me. They said they did not have the car on the lot but would call me back in 15 minutes - Never called me back!! Walked into the Fort Myers Honda Dealer and spoke with them about the deal Wilde Sarasota was giving me and they said that they could not meet the deal and that I was wasting my time going to Sarasota that there was no way they would lease me the car with terms I asked for. They said I was going to Sarasota for nothing and that they would change the deal on me when I got there and that they hated to see a customer treated in that fashion. I spoke with Greg Bowers on the phone it took me all of 10 minutes to work out the deal over the phone. During my phone conversations I repeatedly said that I did not want to waste my time going to Sarasota if they were going to not honor the deal when I got there. Greg was extremely patient with me and assured me that he does not engage in that sort of behavior. I arrived at the dealership and Greg was not there, but that was because he went to fetch the car so it would be ready for me when I arrived. I could not ask for a nicer, honest and easy going sales rep than Greg. The entire transaction took about 45 minutes. The detailing on the car took about 1 hour and they did a fantastic job. They now have a loyal customer. Fort Myers was where I purchased my previous Honda so I thought they would treat me better being a loyal customer, but I guess that does not matter much to them. More

Great New Car Buying Experience I must say I was somewhat concerned about my first new vehicle purchase since moving to Florida. Having owned two previous Honda CRVs, it was again t I must say I was somewhat concerned about my first new vehicle purchase since moving to Florida. Having owned two previous Honda CRVs, it was again time to trade and now for a new 2016 Honda CRV Touring! The main requirement was Navigation which was available on the EX-L and Touring models. After checking KBB on the new CRV dealer cost and the value of my trade, it was time to check Honda dealer inventory for dealerships in my [Venice] area. I settled on three dealerships and found all had many 2016 CRVs in inventory with more of the Touring models available. I looked to see the additional options the Touring included, and found the slight additional cost would be well worth it. After talking to two local Honda dealerships I was losing hope on getting a fair price for the new CRV and my trade. So I started looking at dealer reviews and found Wilde Honda should definitely be contacted. I went to their website and found a 2016 CRV Touring in inventory, and requested the "best" price. Soon after, I received email from salesperson Ron Egert with an awesome price they would sell the Touring for. I called and talk to Ron and found him to be very professional, knowledgable, no high pressure, and really wanting you to get the Honda vehicle of your dreams. I told Ron about my trade, provided him some information and a few pictures, and waited for the value of my trade. Ron got back to me within a day with a trade value on the low end of KBB. I told him I thought they could do a little better on my trade after seeing it and my wife and I would be in Friday morning. That Friday, Ron worked his magic on my trade and actually was able to give me $1000 more than originally stated! So we got the new 2016 Honda CRV Touring at dealer cost (or just below) and my trade at more than KBB, so we made the purchase with Ron! We had planned to pay cash for the vehicle, but took advantage of Honda financing of .9% for 60 months, a no brainier. A great buying experience from Ron and Wilde Honda and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda! More
