The salesman (Eduardo Gonzales) with whom I worked was a gentleman, knowledgeable and funny! I bought a used car there, not a Honda, and I was for a certain make and model that they had on their lot. He went above and beyond. Even before I bought the car, when I was "shopping" he kindly answered questions and showed me what to look for when buying a car. During the buying process, he was attuned to my needs (and I had a million questions) and he was anticipating the next steps to make the process move along. He made sure all the details were covered including moving my Sun Pass, and washing off my license plate! I was led through the signature process by the seasoned (and funny) finance , Steve Morris. I didn't purchase at that time but knew I would return and visit him I met Eduardo Gonzalez a few months ago when looking at a pre-owned Honda Accord. I didn't purchase at that time but knew I would return and visit him in the near future, for his personality and friendly demeanor made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend. Several months later, after many hours on the internet researching cars and dealerships, I returned to Wilde armed with a Costco card and alot of curiosity. We were impressed with the Accords and after a test drive we were able to strike up an excellent deal with my out the door cost being less than anticipated. The car is not yet ready for service, but if service is as good as the sales experience, I will be doing all my business with Wilde. More

Having bought many cars before, my husband and I did not look forward to the whole process of back and forth negotiations. We used the Costco Car Buying program and Michael made sure it all went smoothly. Bob Gregory, manager, handled the Costco end of it and Michael choreographed the rest. We got a fair price for the new CRV in the model and color that I was looking for and we got a fair price for the trade-in. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Wilde Honda for a great car-buying experience! More
Used car salesmen myth broken Originally I had not planned on buying a used 2013 Honda Odyssey or any Honda for that manner. They hold their value and my budget, I thought, was not in there ballpark. I felt lucky to be approached by Eduardo Gonzalez and I told him upfront I had not done any homework on Odyssey's as I was planning on buying from another manufacturer for a lot less, I thought, on a van with a bad reputation but I admired and had owned in the past. Eduardo listened carefully to what I desired and steered me to the van I would purchase a number of day's latter. I was never pressured in any way and after doing my homework on the Internet I discovered I was getting a great deal and I actually saved money compared to the other van I would have purchased. Negotiations went very smoothly and we both were happy with the results. The van was washed and fueled while I dealt with the transfer paperwork and before I knew it I was on my way home. The following morning I discovered the battery was worn out and the service department replaced it, no charge. Customer service above and beyond and to top it off I got a call from Eduardo a couple of days latter telling me he had personally picked up the valet key the original owners still possessed and had it waiting for me at the dealership. More

Still, after the great (yet short) experience I had with Wilde Lexus when I moved to Florida, I made a point of going to Wilde Honda after I narrowed down my search for a new car to the Honda Pilot. I was a little apprehensive about buying a car without my husband present as he passed away last year. I was glad that I never felt that salesman pressure I hate so much! Just good old fashioned customer service. It's what I expected and it's what I got. Well, along with a really awesome car! More
