I came in for service as the plastic undercarriage and the front bumper came misaligned. I should have taken photos...as it was really a big nothing, but the service department kept saying that the fro the front bumper came misaligned. I have to admit, I wasn't happy...I took the car to Carsmetics - who lifted up the plastic undercarriage and simply popped the fender back into place...it was such a "non issue", they didn't even charge me!!! I am very disappointed in the service department that they couldn't even "accommodate" a long time customer...we own 2 Honda Accords, one is a 2001 Honda Accord, and the one which was in for repair, a 2018 Accord. More

Ok but not as good as usual. Service tech forgot to reset my car's service warning, and my oil level showed as 15% when it should have been 100% after the oil change. When I realized this the day after my service, it caused me to look under the car, and I saw what I thought was an odd oil leak. This in turn caused me to take the car to a nearby mechanic as I didn't want to have to drive all the way back to Sarasota Honda. So I went without my car for a night only to find out that the leak was due to how the coolant was done by Sarasota Honda, and that there was no oil leak, just the check engine and 15% oil level induction due to tech not reseting as noted.
