We are very dissatisfied. 3 items were added to our bill of sale without ever mentioning them to us or getting our approval. $3,590 of unexpected or not-approved cost. But then we were made to wait 3 hours before finally signing the paper work at 6 pm. I believe this was deliberate so that we would be too tired to pay enough attention to the paperwork. We would like the 2 optional insurance items removed from our loan, and an explanation of the charge for wheels/tires. More
