I had the pleasure of working with Faraz Mohammed throughout the buying process. I appreciated the straightforward pricing for the trim levels that I was interested in, and negotiations were simple and to the point. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the games played at other dealerships. I felt like I walked out with a great deal, and I really love the new Accord. I would recommend Short Pump Honda to anyone considering buying a new vehicle. More
Was told repeatedly to go find my car when it was ready for pickup after service. It was not brought out, and I walked the entire parking lot to try to find it only to go back to let them know it was not t for pickup after service. Not the kind of experience you would like after spending over $4,000 on vehicle service. Very impersonal; service advisor did not recognize me or greet me. Only dealership I know to charge a credit card fee. Went online to compare parts with online OEM Honda dealership, and parts were almost $1,000 more at Honda of Short Pump, so markup is quite substantial. Location is convenient and work done was good, but service and price are lackluster. More

They had same day available but I opted for next day for an oil change two new tires and inspection. I showed up 2 min early and was immediately greeted by a very nice and attentive gentleman. We started talking tires and it turned out they didn’t have exactly what I wanted. They offered a solid alternative or to order what I wanted but I declined. All good there. They got me checked in quick but I had to create a new account even though I’ve been to both the other Honda dealers in the area (west broad and midlo). Ok. The inside was very nice and new and filled with sales folks and service folks. There was a coffee maker, frig with waters, and some snacks. Better than I expected. They finished the service in about 1.5 hours from arrival to done and I got the notice about other recommendations. Some of the recommendations were standard Honda things I had mentioned I already did at another shop but didn’t make it into my record apparently. Eh. I was a bit miffed at the valve gasket replacement quote of $1600. I’ll look into that elsewhere I think it should be about a $500 service according to my research. I went to checkout and met another nice gentlemen who gave me my totals and let me know that there’s a 3% charge on all credit purchases or no charge on debit. That’s pretty strange for a large dealer like this and for some reason it ticked me off a lot. Bake your fees into the cost of service like everyone else. OR offer a cash discount. Anyway, I got my oil changed and my inspection for around $110 out the door (after $3 credit card fee) and it’s a decent experi once for a Honda dealer noting my previous very not decent experiences at other Honda places. More

Dropped car off early/first thing for inspection and it took over an hour and 45 minutes to complete, and no issues were even present, supposedly. My car's oil was well below the first dot on the dipstick but I was told it was between the dots and fine (it's a 2016 and eats/leaks the oil somehow now). I was about to drive out of state so I'm glad I checked it myself once I got home. Kept having to go check on my vehicle status rather than the employees being proactive and keeping me informed/things moving. Employee on their phone rather than engaged. Then a service charge for using a credit card? SUPER tacky. Won't be coming back for any kind of work with that in place. None of the other dealerships have that? Called and talked to service manager, who seemed genuinely interested in wanting to improve the situation as well as sent me an offer to make up for my experience. What bothered me the most was the oil issue and having to ask for the checklist (which of course I am not confident of now either). The other stuff just made it feel unprofessional/below excellent. The place was clean and nice looking. No one was ill intended, just less than present. Frank felt sincere and professional on the phone. More
