Service Department did not impress. I scheduled an appt. on line for oil change, tire rotation, and VA state inspection. The counter person fat-fingered all my info into the system rath I scheduled an appt. on line for oil change, tire rotation, and VA state inspection. The counter person fat-fingered all my info into the system rather than pulling it up from the appointment I made. As a result, they missed doing the state inspection. I didn't realize it had not been done until I was almost home (I completely forgot about it). I returned that afternoon and was informed they were unable to do the state inspection because they were not approved by the state police yet. I have no reason to not recommend them other than I didn't find the experience to be impressive. Not sure I will go back. More

I was quoted a price of $488 over the phone for transmission and brake service over the phone when I made the appointment. When I dropped off my Passport I was told it was about $200 higher, but wh transmission and brake service over the phone when I made the appointment. When I dropped off my Passport I was told it was about $200 higher, but when I reminded them of the previously quoted price they agreed. When I picked up my vehicle there was an additional $27 “misc” charge, and then they tacked on an additional $15 for paying with a credit card (which wasn’t disclosed before paying). I asked Travis about these additional charges and he said he’d check into it and call me…never heard from him. Overall not a reputable way to do business, in my opinion. More
